How do I sign up to Génos Clubs?
Signing up to Génos Clubs couldn’t be simpler!
- Head over to genos.fr … well, if you’re reading this FAQ you’re probably already in the right place …
- Click on “Create my club for free”
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email, Password … and don’t forget to tick the little “I accept…” boxes
- Click on “Create an account” and tadaaaam, the Génos Clubs adventure begins
- Then just follow the instructions given in the app
OR, do the same thing in the Génos Clubs app, available for free on the App Store or Play Store.
Can I cancel my Génos Clubs account?
Yes. We’d be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your account at any time. For info: if you cancel, the current month is still due. To find out how to cancel your Génos Clubs account, take a look at the instructions in our documentation.
I’m a parent, can I have an account for my children?
Of course. Génos Clubs is a multi-sport, multi-profile sports management app. To learn how to create a “parent” account, take a look at the instructions in our documentation.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, log in to your Génos Clubs account, go to the “my account” section, click on your email address, click on “edit” and simply follow the instructions.
Where can I find Génos Clubs?

- on the App Store as “Génos Clubs”
- on the Play Store as “Génos Clubs”
How do I contact the Génos Clubs team?

How do I create my club on Génos Clubs?
To create your club on Génos Clubs, go to your Génos Clubs account, click on “Create a club” and follow the instructions given.

How do I know which plan suits my club?
Génos Clubs plans are tailored to the size of your club.
- Does your club have between 1 and 49 members?
- The “Regular” plan, free, is the one for you.
- Does your club have between 50 and 99 members?
- The “Confirmed” plan at €9.99/month is the one for you.
- Does your club have between 100 and 199 members?
- The “Expert” plan at €19.99/month is the one for you.
- Does your club have between 200 and 499 members?
- The “Semi-Pro” plan at €39.99/month is the one for you.
- Does your club have between 500 and 999 members?
- The “Pro” plan at €79.99/month is the one for you.
My sport isn’t on Génos Clubs yet, what can I do?
Lots of sports are still on the way, but if you can’t find yours, you can suggest it by sending us an email at contact@genos.fr. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and notify you when your sport is available.
I’d like to request new features on Génos Clubs.
